Personal Training

If you want to feel stronger, flexible and free of tension, this training is for you.
No matter who you are, I will support you and challenge you to set goals, stretch your limits and work out in a safe, personal and efficient way.

The main goal of the training is to build your strength, enhance your mobility and take back control over your body and your life. The result will be that you can do more of what you love, with a lot of confidence and ease.

Duo Training

Duo training is a great and cost effective way to work out. Training with a friend is fun and often increases your motivation. Duo training is less personal but still safe and you will get tips and advice. The main goal of the training is the same: Building strength, improving your mobility and move free of tension to enjoy the things you love to do more.

Small Group

To work out in a small-group setting can be very energetic and inspiring. In this class you will be with 3-5 participants. The main goal of the class is the same: Building strength, improving your mobility and move free of tension to enjoy the things you love to do more.
